Favorite Quote:
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!

The North Star leads and guides my way.
O Lord show me favor now I pray,
For I’m walking to freedom day by day.
It’s more than a fight, more than a dream,
It’s the fact we’re all created equal, so let freedom ring.
So I’m not giving up, I’ll keep fighting still
I’ll die for this cause if that is Your will.
It is my hope for the next generation to see,
What it’s like to truly be free.
So there’s no time for worry, no time for fear,
For the light of independence is far to near!

Black History month:) Harriet Tubman was a courageous woman of faith who I greatly admire for the life she led. What Black History month means to me is that we are only living free today because of amazing people like Harriet Tubman who decided to put others first and make a difference. So when I think of Black History month I think of the people who helped make my African American race free, and now I enjoy all the many blessings that they fought for years ago.
