The Idea

Her voice fluttered in the wind
and flew from branch to branch
it swooped and swerved high in the air
and suddenly dives down back to earth
it stopped for a moment to examine the sea,
so vast and blue and huge
but slowly crept into the waters and soon began to swim
it swam past the reefs the barriers and tranches
and jumped back up to land
where it danced and laughed
till it was soaked into all that heard
in some a soft sounding bell,
in others a loud gonging boom,
a few just a tickling sensation,
but to her a needle in the mind,
the idea
