A misunderstanding with harsh words uttered.
Tried to reconcile, apology unnacepted.

A friendship was tossed,
A good friend was lost.
And I hurt the person
Who mattered the most.

So close in class, we sit
But no longer do we speak.
Suddenly, all of my help
You find you do not need.

Not a single greeting
When face to face, we meet
What is it going to take
To repair this broken friendship?

There's nothing I can do
Nothing, you say
So I close my eyes and
Pray.

Watch what you say, for your words have the potential to tear others down. Instead, use it to build others up. :)
