Tears of Many
The sky is fogged as if the tears of many have spread through the air
The screams of several fill the heavens as they are being whipped and beaten
begging women fill the streets with no husbands here to provide for them
The men who used to walk down these streets in peace,
now go around with guns but have lost all expressions
as if they have been brainwashed to follow the orders to kill and take
Each town is destroyed with only rubble to prove there was once life
Small children run weak and boney
They don’t realize how life could be if they only
looked beyond the dark clouds to see the sun shining down on them
