A man who dares to waste one hour of time has not discovered the value of life.

There used to be a time
When the clock would peacefully chime
At my old and peaceful home

But as you know
The time would come
And I would have to leave my home
I had to move
My whole body
But somehow left my heart behind

I left my peace
Left my love
And my memories at the home
We packed the boxes
Packed the toys
Packed the clothes
The shoes and socks
But somehow, we forgot to pack my heart

Anyhow, we had to move on
And I was left
With my shattered memories
And tattered heart
I had nothing left
Nothing much
Nothing for me to think and love

We had to move on
I was timid
Of this place
Much was known
Yet too
Much was unknown

I could not move
Could not speak
Could not understand
How my life
Had become so changed

The truck moved on
Heading farther down
The unknown path
Of my mysterious life

I realized
I had not known
Had not learned
The truth about life
The truth about love

At this place
I had to start all over
Rebuild family friends
And most of all rebuild memories
Friends and family
May be easy
Takes less time
Than
Building my mermories

After a year
All was fine
All built up
With my memories and
Friends and Family

Sometimes I still
Think about
The good times back home
I think about
Why I forgot my memories
Forgot my heart

It is
Probably still roaming
And gathering dust
At old my home
