Crossing the Crossroads
Covered from life, unseen by those lost,
There are paths not yet traced, waiting to be crossed,
And though difficult to discover, open to all.
There secrets known only by few.
It is often seen
Those who make it close to finding the path,
However, never quite walk firmly on them.
This can be a struggle, not worth the effort.
To achieve its full gain
It must be trace from beginning to end,
For the purpose of a path is not to be found
But connect two separate areas.
These hidden paths can only be found at crossroads,
Since to stray from a current path can be destructive and fatal.
Once the path is found
There is no turning back, a one-way with no exits.
There is a time in every life
When the crossroads appear, but it is up to the individual
To decide if they’re ready to take that one-way street,
Because once its past, it can’t be found.
