We are alive,
We are human, with good and bad in us.
We live within boundaries,
We can’t create a new world.
We can despair and curse, changing nothing,
We can die,
Or we can try to make things better.
Make the world better.
We can go to our deaths in dignity,
It was not our fault,
We did our best,
We’re strong.
Once destroyed by hate,
Now choosing love.
