They don't understand
Why I did it
Why I deserve this
Why I hurt myself

They don't understand
What I see when I look in the mirror
What I feel when I'm alone
What I need to numb the pain

They don't understand
How guilty I feel
How much it hurts
How much I tried

Maybe one day they'll understand
Why I ended it
Why I deserved it
Why I gave up
