Pre-Race: To Do List

Wake Up
pack Bag
-water
-chocolate milk
-apple
-granola bar
-iPod
-phone
-shoes
eat a good breakfast
shower
put on uniform
go to course
take a deep breath
stay hydrated
meet team
put on running shoes
start warm ups and pray
listen to pump up music and get into "zone"
pep-talk to each other (shake it out)
put music away (you can do this)
take off warm ups (breathe)
do some run outs (you will win)
stand on start line (no one is faster than you)
give out last words of advice
Ready, (stay fast)
Set... (stay strong)
