There are times like now
When I wonder how things will end
The curtain falls on my last bow
This letter is for a friend
You were in my heart
Always on my mind
There from the start
But I was too blind
I gave up the chance for a date
Gave up the chance for love
Wait too long a little too late
Now I can watch you from above
I never told you those 3 words
Cause I was too blind to even see
Even before my flight with birds
That love was right in front of me

I didn't feel as if I would ever find love, and there were many times when I was too late to find love. I only realize it after it is gone
