If you could see
The real me
Underneath this petty layer of debris
You would startle in surprise
At how many tiny lies
Contribute to my slow demise
But your speculative eyes
Do set me forever free

woot :D i like how every line follows the pattern and then the last has more of a distinctiveness. speculative eyes stands out to me in this poem
