Placed In God

God sent me a sign and I must follow
All my pride I had to, and I did swallow
He took me beyond the dark blue skies
He took me from dumb and put me to wise
All the things in this world really means nothing
Especially when God truly gives you something
He took my soul and made me whole
Took my poor soul and gave valuable gold
The depth of my soul presented to the Lord
A big trip to hell is what I can't afford
My vision is clear and focused on His glory
And that will always be my Placed in God story.
