Reflection for Two Voices Inspired by Translation of My Life by Elizabeth Spires
We live life
Inside our given costume
Although, it may take a while to discover it truly
The perception of the social norm within the common consensus
Sometimes a hindrance to our truth
Yet, we think about what our costume could be
Supposition within many facets of life
Without the boundaries set up by the society’s common consensus
Our minds imagination soaring open and free
Letting our wildest dreams become fully realized
