I feel beautiful,
like a butterfly wanting
to show its colors.
Then falling hard,
unable to fly,
someone proves me wrong.

The pain rushes in like
a thunderstorm,
violent and loud.
Life is like a puzzle now,
with all the pieces out of place.
Everywhere I go only seeing,
the one color...
black.
