I came from the sky

fell on paper wings

Till the dirt whispered

"don't give in, not just yet"

I come from the realm of emotions.

And born of the emotionless.



I'm here to change the world.

here to give my all.

here to love

give hope.

to live

and let live.

I'm here to listen to the the world

and show you the music that i see

I'm here to move toward tomorrow.

and to leave yesterday behind.

To face the crowd

or be its face.



I don't need the brightest light to show the way.

Ill march on with my matchlight of an idea to light my path.

And when daylight breaks ill scream my heart out from the rooftops with the force of a thousand suns

it was a school poetry thing. i did it for a grade (I think i failed it actually)but i liked how it sounded...besides, it describes me well. i guess if you find inspiration from it, great!
