Why is it that when things are good,
They go all back to hell again.
Some say that it's just bad luck,
Some say it's the result of sin.
When things go bad,
Some people cry.
Some even question,
And try to figure out why.
I have yet to understand the reason,
Why people choose to dwell.
It confuses me just as much,
As the idea of heaven and hell.
I choose not to cry,
And I choose not to dwell.
I refuse to believe,
In heaven and hell.
People get sick,
And people all die.
But in the end we make it,
By and by.
