Favorite Quote:
In the end it doesn't matter.

Strong minded, open-hearted,

my forever best friend.

I think about you every day,
and wonder what to say to maybe change your mind,
with me,
your life.

One day, if not forever,
is all I ask of you.

One word, if not many,
could you share with me,

like we used to?

It’s not too late to return to the life you once had,
we, once had.

A never forgotten best friend.

Once we stopped

Not even thinking of the old times,

what we could have been,
what we were when we were them.
You just threw those aside,
no thought or care in mind.

A never forgotten best friend.

My care for you will never perish,
like our slowly dissolving chance of being acquaintances once more.

One day, if not forever
is all I ask of you.

One moment, if not two,
acknowledge me, I beg of you.

And one word, if not many,
share with me will you please..

Something, like we would have before..
when we were best friends,
when we were them.

This poem is about my former best friend. Her and I were friends for a about two years then over a very short time we just stopped being friends due to her start in partying and drug/alcohol abuse. She will forever be my best friend.
