I wish we could go back in time
Back when life was simple and easy
When you could get gas for a dime
And there wasn't any oil in the ocean to make you queasy
Why can't we again live in black and white
Instead of this dreadful sequel
Back then you couldn't tell the difference between day and night
When everyone was equal
Now it's just power, money, and war
No one care about peace
The thought of this makes my heart sore
And sometimes I wish I could only seize
