My Quench for Thirst
My mom is a glass of tomato juice,
To most, she is bitter. But to others, she's refreshing.
My dad is a glass of ice, cold water,
He is not always the first choice, but needed for survival.
Ashley is the orange juice you accidentally bought with pulp,
she comes in handy sometimes, but most of the time she takes up space.
Ryan is a glass of mountain dew,
He's enjoyable to be around, but sometimes his company can be bad.
Mason is a large can of Monster,
One does of him and things become more exciting.
Breanna is a glass of delicious lemonade,
At first, she's sour, but in the end she's nothing but sweet.
Amber is a glass of frosted milk,
She's plain, but she comes in handy often.
Although these people may not always satisfy my taste buds,
without them, I'd be lost and empty.
