no window
but enough lighting
to see one door
right
unknown
if it's open or
shut
unknown
if I want to
escape
it's blocking
evil
violence
destruction
of human kind
yet restricting
freedom once
given at birth
better life
unknown
rusty metal
gleaming varnish
iron
wooden
its making
brass knob
or handle to
push
pull
or needed
key
unknown because
I'm not close
I'm away from
I'm scared
but I must search
or die alone
only way
other side
is known
is chance
taken
and disliking
what's found
I can always
go back
