Autumn Friutz

Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries too,
in clumped bunches.
Looking as though,
they could use a munch.
The ripe fruit shall make your mouth water.
and you shall hope to get a bite.
Now this strawberry in particular,
looks as though it’s ready,
and I take a big bite.
The taste is sweet and delicious,
like Autumn air.
And I know what the Friutz of Autumn is called.
“Autumn Friutz”.
Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries too,
waiting for me to eat them and taste summer.
