Brick Wall
Why did you do that to yourself?
You ruined your own life
I watched you separate yourself
building a brick wall.
Slowly cementing brick by brick
until the wall was tall.
Only then did you realize
how much the other side was worth.
But sadly for you,
the only ladder available
is sitting next to me.
