I look across the clouds, I look to the sun,
I look to where the horizon ends, you're up here somewhere.

You're up here, you're flying, but inside, I'm dying,
Fly next to me, all I want is to see you.

I don't know where heaven is, no one does,
But being up in the sky with you, I know I'm somewhere close.

Thats why at this moment I feel that we are together
At this point in time, we couldn't be closer.

Life will forever go on, with or without you,
Sydney, why did it have to be you?

This is a poem about one of my friends who died this year. I was on an airplane when I wrote this.
