Mass Production

January 13, 2011
Mass-produced poetry is an art.
One must perfect their work to be sent off and syndicated
Feeding off of the words leaving the mouth.
You scoff,
“no, these meager quatrains
are most definitely not
actual writing.”
Well, it’s definitely writing—
If your definition of writing is senseless scrawls spilled on
A clean blank sheet.
But let’s move on and scrutinize the definition of art.
Art can be
Beautiful
Ugly
Classic
Modern
Or juhdfo;ejpor.!@%^@&*#$!()
(yes, I think you can call that art.)
If this is considered art, how come

these very few
yet clear, dazzling lines of
poetry
is not considered art?
