The Things I Hold Dear
I have things that mean a lot to me, as does everyone.
But these things actually make me the person I am.
No one can change what and who I love, no matter what.
When asked “What are these things?” I respond quite easily:
My friends, my family, my pets, my idols,
My games, my music, my bed, my home…
My hobbies, my habits, my TV shows, my movies,
My songs, my art, my stories, my adventures…
Mountain Dew, great food, World of Warcraft, my guitars,
My love, my group, my talents, and last but not least…
Myself.
