I would rather cling to the trunk
Than take a step
Unbalaced I would wait
In hope that He would take my hand
My heart beats against this tree
Urging my feet to move
Shaky scared I start
Inching away from comfort
The Sun guides me
Beyond the branches
Out onto the limb
