The blooming rose
There was a lovely rose that was not that big at all.
It was still blooming in the sun, but it was turning fall.
The frail innocent flower did not see any hope,
until a precious little girl cut her out of the soil.
The flower was afraid and thought she was in such great foil.
The child put her in some water and the blossom began to drink,
She was not afraid anymore because she began to think.
If she was still out in the cold she would freeze and wait for her end,
but the precious little girl made sure she did not bend.
The blossom began to grow and grow some more,
she did not want to go out the door.
So this is how a flower can enjoy the inside better.
The rose never thinks it as a fetter.
