How does the time pass
Or even at all
Year after each as
The pages of life fall

Is time just an illusion
Or does it line up so
Moments in time, parallels
Link more than we know

How different is this second
Than the last
How soon does the present
Become the past

I am young today
But please let me know
When do I grow old
Where does the time go

The lack of question marks in this poem, while annoying to the grammar fanatics out there, is actually intentional. The way I see it, leaving the question mark off leaves the question open and signifies that there might not be an answer to the question.
