Nowhere to hide,
Unless you decide to take the battle course.
Warm blood,
Running through his veins,
Leaving stains,
On his suit.
Cries from civilians,
Asking, "why, oh why?"
Sending our country into a complete shock,
Noticing that life isn't a stroll on the boardwalk.
A simple war,
Turned into a horror show.
Let me take this real slow.
Tearing down towers,
Under sadistic powers.
A criminal mind,
The master of disguise,
Keeping us apart,
One by one,
Screaming "down with america".
We thrive to end it,
Yet, we continue to yell,
"We Are America!"

I remember the day of 9/11 and that whole year of chaos. I was young. So now that I've grown up, I know more about the issue. This is for people that see the issue clearly.
