Fraud
I'm sorry for taking advantage of the market,
Although it happened to be a valuable target.
My stocks experienced a tremendous scare,
But there was no reason for the public to care.
Thus, I shed no sweat over the exchange,
Figuring people would not detect the change.
That's till I got a phone call Monday morning,
Making me tremble without a warning.
I know the message was negative news,
Especially since I left one too many clues.
When my attorney presented the case,
Charges were clear by that phone call trace.
Unfortunate indictments some may say,
Yet unwarned others plead for a prison stay.
Even with the unwanted vacation,
I still did not regret my guilty allegation.
If you had the chance to save your gain,
Wouldn't you have done the same?
Perhaps the stock market is a beatable system,
In fact I know, despite being the victim.
