Tiger
Depressed, lying in the dark
He doesn’t want to come out of his cave
He knows what he’ll meet
Once a great predator
Now just an attraction
All he can do
Is sleep and wait for the next meal
His once glistening multicolored coat
Is now dulled along with his liveliness
The days of the savanna
Are all but a distant memory
He has nobody
No family
Not even his will to live.
