Beautiful Dawn

A white silhouette glides at dark
walking step by step towards dawn
chasing down nightmares and haunts.
She steps quickly to where the light, where the light was.
Her head is high and her figure
slipping, stepping
into dawn and out of dusk,never in the dark, but chasing light with lust. She never looks where she's been, only to where she is going. Life on the horizon, death breaking down her neck, she is loved from East to West. As people rise in their beds, with mumurs of dreams in their heads,
Dawn marches on.
