My Path
I stand here waiting,
For you to stop crying,
Trying to convince me,
That this is not to be.
You say I’m walking down the wrong path,
Saying I’m lost, saying I’m blind,
That I know nothing,
Just because I don’t belief,
The way you do.
I smile seeing your tears,
Just like lost rivers,
]The road in front completely black,
Only one direction, only one path.
I start to walk,
My back toward you,
Raise my arm and wave,
This is so long, this is good bye.
So I can fade,
Within my darkest and most beautiful path.
