I'm afraid

I admit I'm afraid
I'm afraid to get involved
I hate the attention
I have a few loved ones
& I'm afraid to have more
I would love the feeling to kill
but I'm afraid to get caught
I'm afraid to remember
there's frustration & fire if you look in my eyes
I always see happiness
but I'm afraid to feel it
I hate how people change
I'm afraid to change
i never really smile much
if you where me you'd know why

I can kind relate to ur poem, cause I am afraid to open up to anyone but I still desire to be loved but i'm afraid to get abandoned and hurt. I love ur poem please keep writing =]
