“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail. “

"My great hope is to laugh as much as I cry; to get my work done and try to love somebody and have the courage to accept the love in return."

It’s in the way you stir through the air:
Swiftly but softly and always so graceful
The first time I saw you fly
You caught my wandering eye.
I tried to follow your loop
But again away from me you’d swoop.
You left me alone for quite some time,
It was unfair to cry even a single silver tear
Because I knew you couldn’t stay away,
I fell in love with you that very day.
I loved the way you flew so free
Unchained, unlocked again you flew to me.
Our love is unlike all the others
And desperately they belittle the hearts
Even so, our spirits are cast in one
As you move I follow
So never can we be astray in the wind
Again and again in that continuous path
But it is your nature so with intent we do this quietly
And I understand you must fly so far
But pray me that your heart’s left ajar,
Leaving some room for my love.
Nervously I’d wait for you to return,
To see your smile and hear your voice
That sound the wind makes when you land back home.
Never when you’re away should you shed a blinking tear
Neither just nor fair if you cry when you’re not here.
My heart and my song
There’s much you must learn
Never was there a doubt that
That you would return
My boomerang love.
