taking a short cut is not for me
But a feeling, i can't shake
Leads me to a road; a lonely road as a leopard stuck in the desert
So full of dust, so i must
Make it my mission to investigate
so many houses, filled with despair
Then a light catches my eye- the only house with light
all i can see:
2 cracked Windows
A black widow
barely hanging on a thread
and a door just enough room to get in
inside it's tragic, it makes knots in your stomach
a broken crown torn into 2-lies
right when nothing is left
A door appears at my left
Just a peak and you'll see a curtain torn the wind blowing my hair
one look at the sky, it reminds me when my grandmother knitted me that blue blanket
And that feeling returns telling to let go
But a gush of clouds appear
And now i know what to do; I guess he thought twice
