You cry outwardly for...
you've even convinced yourself
you care for her.
You laught at her jokes,
smile faintly when she speaks of love.
You fight with her...
you've even convinced yourself
you feel bad for it.
She's your daughter and you've
made even yourself believe
you care about her.
