Comforting all that come in contact,
smelling the odors as the job is done.
Enduring the elements,
soaked in the rain,
baked in the sun.
Joints wearing down as the mileage racks up,
cuts enlarge as time continues
Springing and propelling forward,
working hard and getting weighed down day after day.
Gates lock up and the prisoner is contained,
trapping two daily varying in name.
