Billowing Clouds of Dreams

She hides in the cellar banging on the door to be let free,
Telling tales to herself as she covers her ears,
Letting monsters wipe her tears as she screams for help.
She lets her fears circle her as she tries to erase her memory,
Screaming aloud wanting no one to hear,
Letting her mind play tricks, she only thinks harder,
Talking dumb words when she wishes to be smarter.

Lost in her world she created by billowing clouds of dreams.
