Goodbye
There’s not much to say…just a lot.
I followed you to the empty parking lot.
I wondered why you were there alone.
Suddenly someone crept up behind you.
Gun in hand, ready to take someone’s life away.
Sadly it was you and I did not know what to do.
When he shot you I felt like my heart stopped pounding.
Tears ran down my face as I stood there frozen not knowing what to do.
He ran out the now silent place leaving me alone with a dead body.
I shook uncontrollably and cried out loud screaming for help
It was over nothing would be the same now…
I leave this flower on your tombstone
Forgive me please I did not help
Even though you were in pain
I am so sorry I mean it
I love you so much
Goodbye
