I remember the fire in your eyes .
You led me to believe you were one of the sweet guys .
We used to be so happy ,
What happened to us ?
I used to confide in the softness of your eyes .
But now , to mask the scars ,
I wear a disguise .
What happened to you ?
As I take a look in the mirror now ,
Bruises , black eyes , welts .
Cover the bare inches of my body .
What happened to me ?
