Stolen LIfe
Autumn leaves flew down
Upon the night and through the town
While time passed and lives grew shorter
That time came when we heard that doctor’s order
Six months to two months, three months to two
That’ is how much time I had left with you
We spent our days upon the shore
We spent our time wasting nothing more
Two weeks left, no time to spare
Soon my heart began to tear
Thinking about life without you
Thinking about your life anew
Why you, and not I
We will never know until we meet in God’s eye.
