I don’t want to be the same as everyone,
Trying to copy people is something I lack.
I’m not trying to make fun,
I’m just trying to show everyone that being a copier is whack.
If you were born an original, why make yourself a copy?
That’s not cool.
That’s just sloppy.
Being fake, is one thing most people hate.
So why make yourself bait?
If you have the opportunity to be real,
That is a good deal.
No one said everyone was going to like you,
And you may feel blue,
But being different is good,
So follow through.
Be true to yourself and others at all times.
Because people like honesty,
Most of the time.
Be different than the rest,
That’s what’s best.
It’s good for me, you, and everyone else,
So take my request.
And stick with it, because you will be impressed.
If God wanted you otherwise, He would’ve created you otherwise,
So being who you true self is a grand prize.
Someone once said: “If you don’t like my words, don’t listen. If you don’t like my appearance, don’t look. If you don’t like my actions, turn your head; It’s as simple as that.”
I agree with that person, because that’s a fact!
If He has given you one face, why make another?
Do you want to be different?
Or do you want to be like every other?
I told you before,
Be different and be real,
If you’re not going to listen,
There’s the front door.
I’m done with the copiers and I’m done with the fakes,
Why can’t they just take a break?
For goodness sake!
I will never be a copier; it’s something I lack,
So don’t be one either!
