Graffiti Heart

I’m all over the place,
Not a touch or hint of white lace.

I have blasts of fluorescent colors and its art,
I’m more of rock and roll then Mozart.

I want to fall so you can catch me.
I want you to understand and see,

When I can’t sleep,
I don’t want to count sheep.
I don’t want to keep,

On this way until I can finally say...
That I want you to lie,
With my graffiti heart,
And it’s awfully loud and all,

But just somehow there are still things I wish I could say and do,
When I'm around you.

I might cry and seem blue but that’s not all true.

I’m actually happy,
When I’m with you and I know I’m picky.

I know I’m sometimes bitter,
But for you I’ll paint a little something sweeter.

It’ll be magnificent and not restrained.
It’ll out in the open for everyone to see that my heart isn’t self contained.

It’s more of a free spirit and I’m going to let it run loose in our city,
I’m not going to be the first to stand up and make a treaty.
In this never ending jungle of love’s graffiti.
