Parting is such sweet sorrow,

Tis what I have come to hear,
But alas, it is the only way I fear.

For tomorrow may be a new day,
You still won’t get better they say.

So I fear that the end is near,
And, oh, how I cry,

For I still see so much strength in your eyes!

i wrote this when my great grandma was dying in the hospital. she was brilliant and alert even in the end. i love and miss her so much <3
