The Best Weather is Rain

The best weather is rain
It brings about
Great happiness and
Makes everything anew
The smell of the pavement
And the smell of the air
So fresh, so clean,
So undescribable
Its sometimes like an
Exciting party with loud noise and flashing lights
And other times calm
As you curl up on the couch with a
Cup of hot cocoa and a movie
It’s sometimes just the thing
To add the perfect touch
To a rainy day fling

I would like to submit my poem for publication on your website. I think it is a fun and very entertaining poem that people will enjoy reading. Since I am a teenager, many of the teenagers that visit your site will be able to relate.
I wrote this poem in my creative writing class at school. This poem is about rain and how it is my favorite weather. I am a high school student interested in becoming a writer. THis truley would mean a lot to me and contribute to my future as a write.
