I should die for the wrongs I've done,
but live for the rights I did.
All the happier times
I lived out as a kid.
So much weight apon my shoulders now
that I can hardly lift,
but in the eyes of others
this burden becomes a gift.
I do not wish to have these thoughts.
Please take them all away.
To be rid of all this pain forever
I would surely pay.
Too many tears
I have already cried.
I can not be free,
though I've tried.
This place I had once called home
to me, is now no longer know.
Forever is a painful term,
especially when you know you're spending it alone.

I wrote this because my mind is one of the worst places for me. My thoughts whirl around my head filling it with paranoia and pain. I have become my own worst enemy because of it. The pain of thinking is one I wish to rid.
