I lay here as the notes tones beats and rhythms pour like a lively stream from my cobalt head phones Stiffly absorbing the rhythm, the banging of the bass, the truth of the lyrics, absorbing all those words the music says that we ourselves are too afraid to say. Allowing the beats to pulsate through my ears deep down into my body. The music seeps into the soul the notes pleasing to the ear the lyrics complicated but undeniably true.
