My Little World
Sitting under a willow tree, in my little world, the sun shining down, warming and illuminating everything around me. The willow tree beside me dances so gracefully in the wind. Each individual leaf moving to its own beat. Together, they make the tree seem endless with each branch twisting in a million different directions. It seems as though it will keep dancing forever - for a limitless time – underneath the sky. If you stop to listen, you can hear every leaf humming, almost singing the very song they dance to, and I’m sure if I could touch the very top, the highest leaf, I could feel unstoppable and if I could touch the sky, invincible. Not a single thing is impossible in my little world . . . sitting under a willow tree.
