Awakening to the crash of the waves on the shore.
Seagulls swiftly swooping through the salty morning air.
The sun reflecting off the clear blue sea.
Umbrellas opening among the crowds of people.
Warm sand crunching between my toes.
Careless laughter.
Tim McGraw playing on repeat.
Searching for glimmering sea glass.
Flipping through pages of Teen Vogue.
The sun slowly cooking my skin to a soft pink.
The wind whispering its relaxed song.
Hush birds chirping in the background of a picturesque scene.
The sky fading into the sea.
Beautiful shells washing up on the shore.
Dolphins elegantly peaking through the top of the water.
Clicking cameras trying to catch every moment.
Bright colors clashing with the oceans deep blue.
Sailboats sinking into the distance.
Sand castles violently destroyed.
The tide trickling back to where it started.
Endless time, now ticking.
Searching for items forever lost in the sand.
Pounding footsteps.
Stars flickering about in the pure black sky.
Lights flicked off.
The salty air of dead silence.
